Divorce Central LLC D/B/A The Big Kaboom (“TBK”) takes your privacy seriously.  Please read the following to learn more about our privacy statement and policy.  This notice describes TBK’s personal data collection privacy practices and applies to anyone who visits TKB website or interacts with a TKB representative.  It explains how TBK may collect personal information about you and how TBK may protect and use that information.  This notice describes TBK’s current privacy practices.  TBK may change its privacy practices in the future and TBK may revise this notice to reflect material changes.  This notice was last revised June 2015, and is effective as of that date.

Online Policies

TBK may collect information when guests browse our website or use our online services.  TBK may collect technical information about the browser and the pages visited by a guest.  TBK may also collect any information volunteered to us, such as survey feedback, online registration forms or contact information.

Online Tracking

How We Use Information on Our Site

TBK may use cookies or similar devices to help us understand which parts of our website guests find most useful and to optimize their browsing experience.  Cookies allow TBK to recognize guests when they return to our website and can allow us to identify the return path to our website.  TBK may use any of the information we collect to offer special offers and services and to assist us in taking data security precautions.  Guests can set their browsers to inform them of when cookies are sent or may choose not to accept cookies.  A decision not to accept cookies could limit access to some of the services and offers that are available on our website.

TBK will not disclose or share personal information with any third party, unless given specific permission in writing or unless required for the provision of TBK Divorce Services for which a customer contracts for with TBK.  Detailed information on TBK Divorce Services and our Terms of Use can be found at  TBK does disclose or share any collected personal information with any third party, for the purposes of that third party marketing its services and/or products to our customers.


TBK my use email address provided to us or those we obtain from another source in order to: (1) respond or contact inquiries; (2) contact customers about their accounts; or (3) let guests and customer know about products and services.  If guests or customers receive an email that claims to be from TBK but they are not sure, or think it is suspicious, they should not click on any of the links in the e-mail.  Instead they should forward it to TBK at then delete it.

Data Security

At TBK, we make safety and security a top priority and are committed to protecting personal and financial information.  If we collect identifying information, we will protect that information with controls based upon internationally recognized security standards, regulations, and industry-based best practices.  TBK maintains customer authentication procedures to protect personal information and account from identity theft.  If a customer suspects a website is “spoofing” or pretending to be TBK website, they should not enter personal information but instead contact us via a phone number associated with their account at TBK, or by emailing  At TBK we use the following security techniques in order to protect personal and sensitive information:  (1) we maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect against ID theft; (2) we restrict access to sensitive information to authorized employees who only have access to the information for business purposes; (3) we train our employees on these security procedures, providing security awareness reminders and conducting regular audits to verify compliance.

Personal Data Collection Policies

In the provision of TBK Divorce Services, TBK collects specific, personal information via phone and/or via our website.  This policy applies to data collected in such manner and that is used to carry out TBK Divorce Services on behalf of a customer.  Federal law requires that TBK share with you how we collect, share and protect personal information.  Please read this notice carefully to understand what we do.

Type of Information Collected

The types of personal information we collect depends on TBK Divorce Services provided, which can include:  (1) personal identification information, such as:  Social Security number, driver’s licenses number, passport number, voter’s registration, among others; (2)current contact and historical information, such as:  home address, phone numbers, property addresses and employment information; and (3) account numbers and balances.

Uses of Information Collected

Once collected, TBK uses personal information in the following manner: (1) to execute TBK Divorce Services for which customers contract with TBK; and (2) to offer additional products and services to customers.

Social Security Numbers

TBK protects Social Security numbers collected.  Our policies and procedures are as follows:  (1) protect the confidentiality of Social Security numbers; (2) prohibit the unlawful disclosure of Social Security numbers; and (3) limit access to Social Security numbers to employees or others with legitimate business purposes.

Credit Card Companies

As with any credit card transaction, the respective credit card company will have all of the relevant information about the name of the vendor, services purchased, data, total cost and any other information necessary to process the transaction.  TBK does not otherwise provide any personal data to a credit card company without a customer’s permission.
